DO I NEED COACHING OR THERAPY?
Let’s be real, we all need a healthy dose of both.
Coaching and therapy, while both valuable in personal growth, serve different purposes and are based on different principles. Think of therapy as a healing process while coaching is more like architecture – it’s about building and looking forward.
In essence, therapy often asks "why" and looks to the past to understand the present, while coaching asks "what next" and sets the stage for the future.
But for the purpose of understanding which would be a priority for you to tackle, I would recommend booking a call to have a conversation so we can determine what would be the most beneficial.
WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO COACHING?
My coaching approach is based on the principles of levity and light, aiming to make your journey of growth both enjoyable and enlightening. By incorporating humor and a relaxed atmosphere (levity), we tackle challenges in a way that reduces stress and fosters creativity. Meanwhile, shedding light on your strengths and possibilities (light) provides strategic clarity and direction. This unique blend ensures that our sessions are not only productive but also uplifting, helping you navigate life's challenges with ease and confidence.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
To begin working with me, I ask clients to schedule a 15-30 minute call to see if we are a good fit. I am of the belief that there is a coach for everyone. If you feel like you need someone with a different approach I have a solid list of colleagues that I would happily refer you to. My main objective of the call is to help you find clarity in what you need from a coach, whether it is with me or someone else.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?
If you are the leader of a cult and looking for someone to run a workshop, you have come to the wrong page, but seriously, if you have a retreat you would like to book me for group workshops are a great way to get your clients involved and active in participating with hands on work. I offer different workshops all of which are centered around healing relationships, confidence and communication.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
To prepare for our first call I want you to come as you are. Whatever the reason that brought you to look for relief from whatever you are experiencing, I am here in service to help guide and co-create with you. Remember what feels scary today may not feel so worrisome after your nervous system has relaxed. My commitment to you, is to keep reminding you that your mind is powerful and so are you, let's both work together to bring out the expansive and solution based mindset that you already have.
