Since starting my personal development journey, I've realized there's more to life than just floating through it, asking ourselves that age old question "what are we here for?" Instead of waking up feeling aimless, I now wake up feeling light and full of energy. When I had conversations with friends and family, they asked me what was different, and I filled them in on all the knowledge I had been pouring into myself. “You should become a coach and help people with these things you have learned; you've helped me,” they said.

That was the first catalyst for understanding what a “life coach” is. So I did what any red-blooded human would do: I started Googling and researching. Although most life coaches’ marketing featured them sitting on a Sedona rock, meditating, I said to myself, that's just not me. I realized I wanted to bring light into the dark. Humor and play can really help heal in moments of pain and suffering—not in the toxic positivity way, but more in a 'we have a choice about how we are going to feel this' way.

Turns out I have been on this path since I was very young and now I have a structured way of bringing this to others who needed guidance. After completing a coaching certification, I was immediately booked for workshops, coaching organizations and individual sessions. Currently, I am focused on creating a course and building community, while also taking care of my family and my little baby podcast called Twisted Plot Podcast. Although to be honest, it is more of a teenager now.
