Hi, I’m Evelyn, a communication and conflict coach with a passion for helping people navigate difficult conversations with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My work is rooted in the belief that conflict isn’t something to be feared—it’s an opportunity for deeper understanding, connection, and growth.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a certification in coaching, and have completed an intensive 40-hour Family and Divorce Mediation training with Mosten Guthrie. Additionally, I am pursuing further Alternative Dispute Resolution certification through the Divorce Coaches Academy to refine my approach in supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions.

Why do I care so much about conflict? Because I’ve seen firsthand how unspoken tensions, miscommunication, and unresolved issues can erode relationships. Whether in marriages, friendships, or professional settings, we often avoid conflict out of fear—but that avoidance comes at a cost. My work is about reframing conflict as a tool for resolution, not division. Through my coaching, I provide structured guidance, practical tools, and a safe space for people to untangle their conflicts and move forward with confidence.

 

Boundaries are essential in conflict—they create the structure for honest conversations, protect emotional well-being, and help prevent resentment. Without them, communication breaks down, and conflicts become cycles of misunderstanding rather than opportunities for resolution. Because I believe so strongly in their power to transform relationships, I registered August 8th as National Boundaries Awareness Day  to highlight their importance.
